Job Summary
Support strategic engagement for business development, including business origination and maintenance of the SCOR Cedent Facultative offering to clients and brokers across Asia Pacific. Develop relationships with clients and wider underwriting teams while contributing to regional and global Cedent Facultative ambition through sound technical and profitable underwriting. Achieve plan goals and enhance market share by efficiently supporting client needs and strengthening the Group image. Collaborate with the wider Insurance and Reinsurance teams to secure the role's position as a market leader in construction facultative reinsurance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Facultative Reinsurance
- Knowledge of Construction projects
- Experience across Asia Pacific (APAC)
- Ability to develop relationships with clients and brokers
- Skill in business origination
- Ability to maintain business relationships
- Technical underwriting skills
- Ability to support the Lead Underwriter of the product within the region
- Experience in achieving profitability in Cedent Facultative transactions
