Job Summary
Underwriter III - Commercial handles independent underwriting with elevated approval authority, preps loan offerings and risk scorecards by analyzing credit, collateral strength, and financial worthiness. May coach other underwriters, lead special projects, and interact with internal/external customers. Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; may perform pre- and post-approval activities and represent the department on assignments. Based remotely in Pennsylvania or Maryland; supports a portfolio across asset classes with strong analytical and risk-identification skills and the ability to make or guide credit decisions.
Required Qualifications
- University/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
