Uses underwriting standards within delegated authority and guides real estate settlement services. Issues underwriting standards and guidelines in accordance with established processes. Collaborates with personnel, agents, and customers to ensure accurate underwriting and compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 5-7 years title underwriting experience
- Must be familiar with real estate law
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Candidates selected for employment will be required to successfully complete a background check, credit check and drug screening as a condition of employment
