Job Summary
Support strategic business development for the SCOR Cedent Facultative offering across APAC by developing client and underwriter relationships. Drive business origination and maintenance to achieve regional underwriting plans and ensure profitable transactions. Enhance market share and SCOR's leadership position through sound technical underwriting and innovative support of client needs. Collaborate with wider Insurance and Reinsurance teams to create the book of business, contributing to the group's image as a partner in the facultative reinsurance market.
Required Qualifications
- Underwriting experience in the Cedent Facultative Reinsurance market
- Ability to develop relationships with clients and brokers in the APAC region
- Capability to support strategic engagement for business development, including business origination
- Experience in maintaining the SCOR Cedent Facultative offering
- Skill in developing SCOR's market share and leadership position across Cedent Facultative Reinsurance
- Ability to provide efficient and innovative support of client needs
- Technical underwriting capability to ensure profitable underwriting
- Experience in achieving regional and global Cedent Facultative plans and profitability goals
