Underwriter Accident & Health (m/w/d)

Evaluate coverage concepts for international program tenders and execute renewals for assigned portfolios, implementing global insurance programs. Manage broker and client relationships, handle appointments, and independently process tenders. Conduct re-underwriting for contracts with poor loss development and negotiate with insurance brokers. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient processes and adhere to service and quality standards. Develop products for corporate business with line management and regional underwriting teams. Lead interdisciplinary project management for new products and upgrades involving legal, compliance, product councils, and claims coordination. Participate in IT projects.
