Job Summary
Lead maintenance projects, create and implement maintenance plans, and facilitate risk classification meetings to develop risk-based strategies. Optimize maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance while managing spare parts and competency mapping. Improve maintenance processes and work methods, drive analyses to identify improvement potential in customer operations, and support customers in digitizing maintenance through systems, data, and analysis. Conduct workshops and training on maintenance and operational safety. This role focuses on long-term strategic development rather than operational tasks, working across the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy to enhance customer competitiveness. Located in northern Sweden, the position requires Swedish and English proficiency and offers exposure to industries including industrial, energy, and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Har erfarenhet av underhållsutveckling, driftsäkerhet eller processutveckling
- Har förståelse för industriella processer och underhåll som affärskritisk funktion
- Är analytisk, strukturerad och gillar att driva förändring
- Trivs i en rådgivande roll med många kontaktytor
- Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska
Desired Qualifications
- Erfarenhet av metoder som RCM, FMECA eller kritikalitetsklassning
- Arbete med förbättringsarbete, LEAN eller verksamhetsutveckling
- Erfarenhet av underhållssystem (SAP, Maximo, IFS m.fl.)
- Projektledning eller förändringsledning
- Bakgrund från processindustri
