Lead and develop a maintenance team of sixteen personnel, ensuring daily operations meet high standards for results and work environment. Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency while overseeing preventive maintenance planning and repairs. Coordinate with other departments to guarantee smooth operations and analyze data to report on maintenance performance metrics. Manage team goals to ensure they are met and progressively exceeded. You report directly to the site manager and join the sawmill leadership group.
