Underground Utility Foreman

Job Summary
Directly supervise a crew of 5-7 members while utilizing heavy equipment to excavate, install, and backfill underground pipe in accordance with project plans and schedules. Coordinate site development activities across storm, water, and sewer projects, ensuring all production goals and client deadlines are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA and FDOT safety procedures, while completing and submitting daily logs, timesheets, equipment reports, and purchase orders. Lead the team through physical tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and driving, utilizing strong leadership skills to track job progress and manage all administrative documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience in storm, water, and sewer
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Utility Foreman
- Capable of reading blueprints
- Have experience in all aspects of site development
- Be able to track and maintain all daily logs and job progress
- Coordinate and supervise a crew of 5-7 members
- Performs physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and whole body such as reaching above shoulder, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, handling of materials, and driving
- Have strong leadership and coordination skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
