Job Summary
Conduct daily underground sewer and water construction operations as part of a full crew, including roles such as foreman, equipment operator, pipelayer, and laborer. Maintain flexibility in the schedule during the busy season while adhering to strict safety standards and following verbal and written directions. Ensure reliable communication and adaptability when specific assignments change. Apply for the position with a valid driver's license and at least two years of construction experience, with a Water Sewer Apprentice License preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in construction
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to understand and accept safety standards
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form
- Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions
- Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Willingness to work hard and be reliable
- Must maintain flexibility in the schedule during the busy season
Desired Qualifications
- Water Sewer Apprentice License preferred, however not required
- OSHA underground and excavation training preferred, however not required
