Job Summary
Lead, coordinate, and work alongside the underground install crew on sewer and drain line installations and repairs. Ensure all work meets code, quality standards, and is completed on time while coaching, training, and mentoring install helpers to maintain safety protocols. Manage materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply and tool functionality, maintaining jobsite cleanliness and professionalism. Communicate with customers and internal teams in a professional manner, assist with inside residential projects as needed, and minimize call-backs through exceptional workmanship. Follow all applicable state and local plumbing codes and company policies. Requires a valid Washington State Plumber License (PL01 or PL02), experience in underground sewer and drain installation, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Plumber License (PL01 or PL02)
- Experience in underground sewer and drain installation
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing and excavation codes and regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate standard underground plumbing equipment
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
