Job Summary
Lead underground geology operations to establish and grow the BP33 underground mine geology function, including transitioning from development to production, with autonomy in a lean technical team. Key duties include underground grade control and ore delineation, face mapping and sampling, underground reconciliation and ore control processes, geological modelling and model management, supporting development and production planning, coordinating with mining, planning, survey, and contractor teams, maintaining data integrity and standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of geology systems and workflows. Open to Senior Geologists, Lead Geologists, and related roles with strong underground operational geology capability and a proactive, hands-on approach. Relocation support is provided for Darwin or surrounding areas. Remote options are in-person; the role is residential in Darwin with initial FIFO possible during relocation.
