Job Summary
Underground General Labor role supporting the underground utility crew. Responsibilities include assisting with trenching, plowing, and installing fiber optic, electric, and gas lines; guiding backhoe and drill operators; performing site restoration; and learning utility locating, conduit installation, and heavy equipment support. Requires a strong work ethic, outdoor stamina, and travel within the region; 18+ with a valid license, safety-first mindset, and ability to work with a diverse crew. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver\'s license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor (digging, lifting, spotting)
- Team player with ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to travel within the region for extended periods during the construction season
