Job Summary
Underground Foreman responsible for overseeing daily underground drilling/plow operations, ensuring safety and adherence to safety protocols, and supervising completion of tasks from warehouse to field work. Duties include maintaining organized yard/warehouse, handling customer complaints with satisfactory results, assisting in training new laborers, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a combination of technical training and/or experience, and 1-2 years of experience running a drill and/or plow and working in construction. Must be well experienced on bore rigs and missiles. Exempt/non-exempt position. The role emphasizes safety, quality of work, and on-site leadership to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Required Qualifications
