Job Summary
Install and repair water and sewer systems, including sewer line replacements, water service installs, and excavations. Diagnose issues in the field to provide effective solutions while following all safety standards and jobsite expectations. Perform trench work and residential service repairs, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot normal plumbing systems. Work independently in hot, cold, and wet climates, maintaining excellent customer service to exceed expectations. Requires 5+ years of underground plumbing experience, a valid MVR test, and ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of underground plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of: Sewer and water line installation/repair
- Excavation and trench work
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Solid understanding of jobsite safety and productivity
- Residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
- Leak Location and Repair
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must pass MVR Test
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
