Job Summary
Manage monthly patient lists for medical testing and follow-up exams as required by state guidelines. Assist clinical staff with patient assessments, scheduling, and clerical assignments while maintaining appropriate inventory and a sanitary work environment. Provide input into treatment program philosophy and ensure quality patient care under the guidance of experienced clinicians. Adhere strictly to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and 42-CFR Part 2, while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any workplace hazards immediately. Submit progress reports and work assignments consistently to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma
- currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelors Degree program
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years or more of general work experience
- some customer service experience
- clinical experience
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Technologically capable, comfortable operating in multiple systems for communication and documentation purposes
- Familiarity with MS Office software (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc)
- Familiarity with HIPAA and 42-CFR Part 2
