Job Summary

Recruit in assigned territories by representing Pacific University to prospective students, parents, and counselors while conducting market research and analyzing applicant qualifications. Represent the admissions office at college fairs and nights to reach enrollment targets, coordinate external recruiting efforts including open houses and workshops, and review unusual circumstances with the Associate Director. Perform statistical research on the prospect pool using the student database and drive extensive travel, particularly during the Fall, to fulfill recruitment goals. This role requires a commitment of at least three years, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
