Job Summary
Install aluminum panels and components on boat underbellies and sides using hand tools and production equipment. Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and craftsmanship standards in a fast-paced environment. Support cross-training initiatives to learn additional production roles and adhere to all safety procedures. This hands-on, team-oriented position requires a strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting (up to 40lbs), and continuous movement throughout your shift
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong sense of accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and work across multiple departments
