Job Summary

Coordinate transplant program administrative duties including primary intake of referrals, scheduling complex appointments, and managing patient charts and documentation. Conduct UNOS/UNET regulatory reviews, enter verbal orders in EMR, and facilitate organ donation and transplantation surgeries. Serve as the primary liaison between patients, families, and multidisciplinary clinical teams while triaging calls and overseeing FMLA paperwork. Maintain accurate medical records, distribute educational materials, and participate in patient selection meetings and morbidity reviews. Manage program calendars and ensure compliance with UNOS and CMS regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in related field or equivalency
  • Two years of relatable work experience
  • Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system
  • Must be willing to commit to job for at least 2 years
  • Cannot work through school schedules if during weekday hours
  • Must have clinical background of HCA/MA/CNA/HUC or similar
