Job Summary
Participate in meetings to discuss team activities, issues, and project updates. Perform system builds and testing for software lifecycle activities, ensuring quality outcomes and assessing integrated impact. Resolve incidents and work orders according to agreed-upon SLAs and assigned timelines. Maintain and create documentation as needed. Act as a resource to end users regarding application utilization within workflow contexts. Execute and update test scripts, including unit, application, and integrated test scripts. Collaborate with training staff to guide the build and implementation of training tips and lesson plans. Research and analyze new feature requests, completing system builds and testing as defined.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Clinical Discipline or equivalency
Desired Qualifications
- PACS, VNA experience
- Experience or certification using or working with Epic or another electronic healthcare system
- Experience in analysis/design/project management or programming
