Job Summary

Assess patient needs, deliver nursing care including administering medication and performing procedures, and provide patient and family education in an outpatient setting. Coordinate care and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients ranging from routine checkups to chronic illness management. This role may be filled at multiple career levels, with final position level and compensation determined based on assessed competencies, experience, and alignment with practice setting requirements. Candidates must hold a current Utah Registered Nurse license or obtain one within 90 days of hire.

Required Qualifications

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah, or obtain one within 90 days of hire under the interstate compact if switching residency to State of Utah
  • Must maintain current Interstate Compact (multi-state) license if residency is not being changed to Utah
