Job Summary
Perform EDI setups for clearinghouse information, ACH payments, and data exchanges between health plan entities. Validate data locations from customer feeds, map feeds into Health Plan formats, and load, monitor, and test incoming and outgoing transactions. Maintain procedures with updates, analyze conflicting data, and work with partner entities to verify and resolve data errors. Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding problems or changes, and provide documents to providers and outside agencies as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree, or equivalent experience in an IT setting
- Proficient in Microsoft business applications
- Experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data
- One year of experience with Health Plan EDI processes
- Solid understanding of EDI ANSI X12 transactions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Tapestry claims processing system
- Demonstrated attention to detail and process flows
