Job Summary
Establish aesthetic standards across the organization for paint, flooring, furniture, and artwork while coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants to manage project scopes, budgets, and implementation. Research design trends and evidence-based practices to improve efficiency, then counsel customers on procurement and project development processes. Conduct inspections during construction to ensure compliance with building codes and facility standards, while providing training and mentoring to the design team on best practices. Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders updated on project status and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements throughout all phases of design and construction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area, or the equivalency.
- Four (4) years of experience in interior design, or a related area.
- Depending upon department of hire, a valid, State of Utah Driver's License may be required.
Desired Qualifications
- Four (4) years of experience in healthcare-related design.
