Job Summary
Manage internal operations, budgetary information, and business objectives for the assigned department, including human resource and financial management. Develop, monitor, and achieve budget goals while controlling labor and non-labor expenses to maximize revenue. Coordinate non-clinical staff interactions with patients and families to ensure continuity of service and uphold PROMISE standards. Lead talent management through hiring, training, and developing staff; provide performance feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution. Drive continuous process improvements and maintain patient satisfaction scores within the area. Requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of leadership experience in a planning and directing capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or the equivalency
- Four years of progressively more responsible leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field, or the equivalency
- One year of experience in a supervisory capacity
