Job Summary
Participate and lead ongoing planning and execution of internship projects, obtaining, analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting industry and institutional data. Perform independent analysis of industry models to synthesize and recommend best practices, then prepare and deliver presentations to communicate and disseminate findings. Maintain current knowledge of emerging healthcare challenges facing hospitals and healthcare systems nationally. This paid, three-month internship provides broad exposure to organizational initiatives within the University of Utah Health's Level 1 Trauma Center, refining analytical and decision-making skills without direct patient care responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Leadership, a related field, or the equivalency.
