Job Summary

Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and production documentation to define and control as-built product configurations. Support supplier integration by assisting with manufacturing processes, materials, technologies, and production requirements while reviewing documentation for compliance. Identify tooling requirements, initiate requests, and manage disposition activities to support the tooling lifecycle. Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related production issues, participate in producibility assessments, and provide engineering input to improve design, processes, and schedule performance. Create work statements, manufacturing sequences, and production routing to support on-time delivery. Review and monitor manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy and configuration control. Requires 6+ years of manufacturing experience, ability to interpret engineering drawings, and willingness to work the 2nd shift.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Associate's Degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Experience developing manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and production documentation
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling coordination, supplier support, and production planning
  • Experience supporting manufacturing engineering, configuration management, and process improvement initiatives
  • Ability and willingness to work 2nd shift
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Pass a background investigation

Desired Qualifications

  • Three or more additional years of related manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation control, supplier collaboration, and production process optimization
