Job Summary
Support the Private Wealth Solutions Capital Markets Group with due diligence activities for active and future investment vehicles. Respond to investor inquiries, due diligence questionnaires, and requests for information to support capital raising and retention efforts. Conduct competitive analysis, prepare reports, and create critical communications for meetings with prospective and current investors. Manage data room operations, update consultant profiles, and respond to industry surveys. Requires 2+ years of experience in institutional real estate or investor relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $133,600.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience, particularly within institutional real estate, in investment management, investor relations, research, financial analysis, or consulting role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze and interpret various types of data from a strategic point of view in order to draw conclusions and solve problems
- Perform numerical and financial calculations and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline
