Job Summary
Manage commercial real estate assets including office, hotel, and retail properties through proactive contract management for leases, services, and maintenance. Develop marketing strategies, prepare rental offers and contracts, and conduct site visits with potential tenants. Identify development potential and cost-reduction opportunities while overseeing property and facility managers. Create business plans, monitor budgets and cash flow, and generate project reports in German and English for internal and external stakeholders. Submit decision proposals to owners and ensure corporate compliance. Requires a commercial degree in real estate, experience in office/hotel/retail asset classes, and strong German and English skills. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbares
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Immobilienmärkte und wertorientiertes Asset Management
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in den Assetklassen Büro, Hotel, Retail; darüber hinaus sind Erfahrung in weiteren Assetklassen wie Wohnen und Logistik von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Businessplänen und in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Reporting-/Finance-Teams
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie starke Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern, Hands-on Mentalität
