Job Summary
Conduct underwriting and lease analysis for new projects and operating assets while gathering market data on properties, transactions, and tenants. Input collected information into appropriate databases and support due diligence, financial analysis, and decision-making processes across development, acquisitions, and dispositions. Work with highly seasoned professionals on Hines's top-quality assets to contribute to processes impacting world-renowned properties. This summer analyst internship offers hands-on experience within Commercial Real Estate Investment Management and Development teams.
