Job Summary
Underwrite acquisition and development opportunities using Excel and Argus Enterprise, including detailed cash flow models, scenario analyses, and investment return metrics. Support the Project team in feasibility analysis, entitlement processes, financing, design, contracting, and construction management. Provide analytical support for asset management, compile Investment Committee Memoranda, and prepare ad hoc presentation materials. Complete market research through third-party data providers and local brokers to compile lease and sale comparables. Participate in weekly Project team meetings to update deal information and status. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of financial modeling experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Argus AE experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated interest/knowledge of commercial real estate development
- 2+ years of financial modeling/analytical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors 5% of the time
- Desire to develop a mastery of commercial real estate development, which will at times require long working hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with Argus AE preferred
