Job Summary
Conduct underwriting and lease analysis for new projects and assist with asset management of operating properties. Gather data on newly available properties, transactions, tenants, and developments, then input findings into appropriate databases. Support market research, due diligence, and financial analysis for Hines's top-quality assets across living, office, retail, mixed-use, logistics, and life science sectors. Work with highly seasoned professionals on possible assignments including new development projects, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Required Qualifications
- strong math and quantitative aptitude
- Proficient in MS Outlook
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in Word
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Creative problem solver
- Ability to prioritize/coordinate multiple projects
- Current second-year and third-year
- final-year who will be immediately entering a graduate program
