Job Summary
Conduct underwriting and lease analysis for new projects and assist in asset management of operating properties. Gather market data on properties, transactions, and tenants, then input findings into appropriate databases. Support due diligence, financial analysis, and decision-making processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and development initiatives. Work with highly seasoned professionals on top-quality assets across living, office, retail, mixed-use, logistics, and life science sectors.
