Job Summary
Originate and manage relationships with family offices and family wealth clients across the APAC region, driving end-to-end capital-raising processes for Hines PWS funds. Develop targeted coverage strategies to build a robust pipeline, design bespoke real estate solutions, and collaborate with global Investment, Asset Management, and IR functions. Mentor junior team members while staying ahead of regional trends and regulatory shifts to expand the APAC franchise. Requires 10+ years of experience in private wealth, fluent English and Mandarin/Cantonese, and willingness to travel across APAC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in private wealth, family office coverage, or capital raising
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital from family offices and family wealth clients
- Strong existing network of family offices and wealth advisors across APAC
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Willingness to travel across APAC
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent
- Experience in real estate, private equity, or alternatives
- Other APAC languages
- Results-driven with exceptional business development, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and proactive — thrives with high ownership in a scaling business
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively across regions and functions
