Job Summary
Lead global fundraising strategy execution for European institutional products, partnering with capital raising teams to define timelines, target investor lists, and messaging frameworks. Own pipeline visibility and momentum tracking, coordinating target investor prioritization and driving CRM discipline to ensure data integrity for strategic decision-making. Conduct regular fundraise reviews to update senior leadership on progress and key strategic considerations while gathering investor feedback to refine internal sales tools. Design learning formats and enablement initiatives to improve commercial readiness, manage data rooms, and lead cross-functional coordination for high-priority roadshows and investor events. Synthesize market research on capital flow trends to inform targeting and positioning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, finance, business, or related field from an accredited institution
- Eight or more years of experience within asset management, real estate or financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder processes in a global environment
- Strong understanding of institutional investor landscape and fundraising dynamics
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior audiences
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and actions
- High level of organization and execution discipline
- Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with ability to operate independently
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across global teams
- Experience with CRM systems, data analytics, and reporting tools, preferably Salesforce
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred but not required
- Exposure to capital raising, investor relations, sales enablement, or fund management preferred
