Job Summary
Conduct underwriting for new projects and assist with asset management of operating properties within the Commercial Real Estate Investment Management process. Vet potential investments, research new markets and product types, and investigate new business lines with daily exposure to seasoned professionals. Contribute to processes impacting top assets through market research, due diligence, and financial analysis, culminating in a capstone project presentation to leadership. Gain hands-on experience in an assigned team specializing in specific functions while developing quantitative aptitude and prioritization skills.
Required Qualifications
- strong math and quantitative aptitude
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Creative problem solver
- Ability to prioritize/coordinate multiple projects
- Current second-year and third-year
- final-year who will be immediately entering a graduate program
