Job Summary
Conduct property tours, process lease documentation including credit screenings and background checks, and inspect units prior to occupancy. Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy while creating promotional materials to generate revenue. Partner with teams on advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, and manage lease renewal programs. Build relationships with prospective residents to finalize leasing decisions and ensure satisfaction. Work indoors approximately 95% of the time, performing physical inspections that may include climbing stairs, with occasional 24-hour emergency access and on-call rotation for natural disasters. Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the time
- Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarms
- On occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Though occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters
- Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Entrada experience a plus
