Job Summary
Conduct property tours, process documentation including credit screening and lease signings, and inspect apartments prior to occupancy. Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy, create promotional materials to generate revenue, and build relationships with prospective residents to secure leases and renewals. Ensure achievement of revenue and occupancy goals by directing marketing and sales activities while maintaining resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. Work indoors approximately 95% of the time, performing physical inspections that may include climbing stairs or accessing restrictive openings, with occasional 24-hour emergency access and on-site operations management during natural disasters. Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs require, adhering to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the time
- Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarms
- On occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Though occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters
- Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred
- Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus
