Job Summary
Conduct underwriting and lease analysis for new projects and support asset management of operating properties. Gather data on properties, transactions, tenants, and developments to input into appropriate databases. Assist with research support and due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and new development projects. Contribute to processes impacting Hines' world-renowned properties through market research and financial analysis. Work with highly seasoned real estate professionals on top-quality assets across living, office, retail, mixed-use, logistics, and life science sectors.
Required Qualifications

- Proficient in MS Outlook
- Proficient in Excel

- Creative problem solver
- Ability to prioritize/coordinate multiple projects
- Current second-year and third-year
