Job Summary

Administer global annual compensation programs, including salary increases and incentive plans, while ensuring data integrity through routine HRIS audits. Drive survey submissions to assess market trends and geographic variables, then partner with regional HRBPs to evaluate jobs and market price positions. Educate leadership on compensation practices, maintain clean data for workforce reporting, and support system integrations across HR and payroll domains. Conduct ongoing analysis for market pricing and assist with salary range and FLSA decisions. Recommend process improvements and support the development of new total reward programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related analytical discipline
  • 3 to 4 years of analytical experience in compensation, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Ability to work under general guidance with strong independence
  • Deep working knowledge of compensation best practices
  • Deep working knowledge of financial principles
  • Deep working knowledge of analytical methodologies
  • Proficiency in Workday
  • Proficiency in Workday Reporting
  • Proficiency in PowerBI
  • Advanced Excel expertise including lookups, pivot tables, modelling, charts, and large data set manipulation
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suits
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate high performance standards
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to gather, analyze and organize data
