Job Summary
Operate a large-scale mixed-use asset by overseeing office, retail, residential, and public realm components to increase economic value and deliver top-tier hospitality experiences. Train, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams while managing internal maintenance, security, and budgetary standards across all property segments. Supervise financial performance through P&L responsibility, rent collection, and capital expenditure planning, alongside drafting annual business plans and operating budgets. Coordinate event programming, negotiate contracts with vendors and consultants, and ensure compliance with government and industry policies. Direct emergency procedures, including evacuation drills and life safety protocols, and represent the firm in community and industry organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of mixed-use management experience with an emphasis in office
- Financial experience including P&L responsibility, budgetary oversight, cost analysis, and management of service contracts and arrears
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Successful completion of the Hines Property Management Training Program or equivalent real estate knowledge
- Work indoors approximately 90% of the time and outdoors 10% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters
- Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate
