Job Summary
Assemble and wire company products to conform to Engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics. Plan, lay out, cut, pull, tighten, bend, and place wires according to wiring diagrams and specifications. Advise leaders of print discrepancies and write Engineering Clarification Requests and Defective Material Reports. Interpret Bills of Material and follow shop procedures while reporting job-related problems. Requires ability to stand for long periods, use hand and power tools, and read blueprints. Starting salary is $22.18/hr with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational, High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to interpret drawings and Bills of Material
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to read and write
