Job Summary
Provide high-acuity homecare to teenagers with complex needs including G-tube, trach, and ventilator support from Wed-Sun shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
