Job Summary
Conduct registered nursing care for new toddler patients with low acuity and feeding tube needs in Acworth homes. Perform daily assessments, administer medications, and manage feeding tube care while maintaining electronic documentation via provided tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered RN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for home visits. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
