Job Summary
Provide low-acuity nursing care to pre-teen patients with feeding tubes in the Griffin area during Monday-Wednesday shifts from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and complete a current TB skin test within the last 12 months. Ensure reliable transportation and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Electronic documentation is facilitated via tablets provided at each patient's home.
Required Qualifications

- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience (1 year required in GA)
