Job Summary
Provide licensed practical or vocational nursing care in adult home settings with tracheostomy acuity. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for patients at home using electronic documentation via provided tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for patient visits. Work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends across various shifts.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable transportation
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience (1 year required in GA)
