Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data for regulatory compliance and partner with recruiting to address staffing opportunities. Lead efforts to re-engage inactive caregivers and manage case assignments, onboarding, and payroll coordination. Serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding staffing and care experience, conducting routine check-ins to address concerns. Adhere to state and federal labor laws, HIPAA regulations, and company policies while supporting new patient referrals and onboarding. Participate in location-specific projects, audits, and improvement initiatives as part of an after-hours/on-call rotation schedule.
