Job Summary

Develop and maintain weekly caregiver schedules to meet patient care needs while minimizing unstaffed shifts. Proactively coordinate schedule changes with direct care team members and families, ensuring clinicians are matched appropriately based on skill and experience. Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data for regulatory compliance and partner with recruiting to address staffing opportunities. Lead efforts to re-engage inactive caregivers and manage case assignments, onboarding, and payroll coordination. Serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding staffing and care experience, conducting routine check-ins to address concerns. Adhere to state and federal labor laws, HIPAA regulations, and company policies while supporting new patient referrals and onboarding. Participate in location-specific projects, audits, and improvement initiatives as part of an after-hours/on-call rotation schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfort with EMR systems
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or operations coordination
  • Ability to conduct occasional home visits
  • Occasional travel to local offices, patient homes, or recruitment events
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Frequent sitting, typing, and computer work capability

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in healthcare staffing or home care agency settings
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting
  • Bilingual
