Job Summary

Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent development for medically fragile patients in-home visits. Perform "Start of Care Assessments" and "Re-evaluations" to transition patients from facilities to home care, while reviewing physicians' orders and updating care plans. Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care. Collaborate with operations and business development teams while ensuring compliance with all State, Federal, Local, and Aveanna policies. This leadership role combines clinical expertise and administrative responsibilities to drive positive outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
  • At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes within the designated territory
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass MVR check
  • Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
  • Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
  • Must comply with all health-related requirements in applicable jurisdictions, including vaccinations and testing, subject to medical or religious exemptions

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred experience with computer systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
