Job Summary
Conduct licensed practical nursing care for patients in home settings in Indialantic, managing GTube acuity and ensuring compassionate outcomes for teenagers and adults. Provide daily clinical support while utilizing company tablets for electronic documentation and maintaining active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure. Maintain current CPR certification and TB skin test results, with reliable transportation required for all shifts. Work flexible Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday schedules from 8:00am to 9:00pm, with full-time, part-time, or PRN options available. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
