Job Summary
Deliver high-acuity homecare to adult patients with trach tubes, managing new patient admissions in Kenansville. Provide direct nursing care while utilizing electronic documentation via provided tablets. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and a negative TB skin test. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
