Job Summary
Deliver low-acuity homecare for toddlers with feeding tube needs at Chauncey 31011, Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and provide current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete electronic documentation using the tablet provided in each patient's home. Ensure reliable transportation is available for all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
