Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to low-acuity patients with feeding tubes in Peachtree City, GA, Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation is available for home visits. While six months of prior hands-on experience is preferred, one year of experience is required specifically in Georgia. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
- Must have reliable transportation
